Owners Darlene and Michael Reardon have been breeding and raising Award-Winning Huacaya Alpacas since 2002.

We are located in beautiful Auburn Maine. Set on 26 spectacular acres with a mix, of lush pastures, hay fields, woods, a lovely pond to picnic on, a farm store, and our 1880’s classic New England farmhouse.

Other nearby attractions include, Sebago Lake, outlet shopping in Freeport (home to L.L. Bean), shopping and water-front dining in Portland, and hiking and skiing in Bethel.

Also near two superb golf courses, Fox Ridge Golf Course (home of The Maine Open), and Prospect Hill Golf Course. Both are open to the public.

Lodging near the farm is The Royalsborough Inn in Durham Maine, or Hilton Garden Inn, in both Auburn and Freeport.

ALPACAS ARE INDIGENOUS TO SOUTH AMERICA, COME IN 22 NATURAL COLORS, AND ARE RAISED FOR THEIR FINE, LUXURIOUS FIBER. THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH, AND CAN BE HOUSED AT 5 TO 10 PER ACRE. THEY PRODUCE ONE CRIA A YEAR, AND THEIR AVERAGE GESTATION IS 11.5 MONTHS.

As we produce our own hay, our pastures are specially fertilized for the trace minerals Alpacas need to be active, healthy, and reproductively sound. We have ample dry lot and pastures to allow for good pasture rotation of the herd.
